Processing Call Detials

During the development of CompArgo Telecom Tariffing System we found it very important, to make it able to support the User’s telecom cost management even in the most complex tasks. In accordance with this, it may be an expectation for telecom tariffing systems that they have to be able to display not only the traffic generated through the PBX, but the “PBX avoiding” traffic as well.

This basically means the direct (PBX avoiding) traffic of main lines and (corporate) mobile devices. Because of their nature CompArgo is unable to record the CDRs in either cases; however, CompArgo is ready to translate the electronic call details received from the providers and integrate their contents into the records data base.
